When you step into a new leadership role or take on new challenges it is exciting, and yet, it is natural to also doubt your capabilities or feel your confidence flag. When you consider how to enhance your confidence to meet your new challenges there are several myths about confidence to be aware of, that if followed, could produce the opposite impact you are hoping for. I also share a list of targeted questions leaders can use to explore and enhance their strengths, to help develop their internal compass, and to master leadership presence.
